Submission guidelines for paper and poster presentation

Abstract submission deadline 1 April 2018

Please note the following criteria for abstracts
•Abstract text: Max. 250 words
•Structure: Title, Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusion
•Results must be the work of authors listed

Preparing and formatting an abstract
•Abstracts can only be submitted online using the standard abstract format
•Abstracts must be submitted in English
•No references, tables or graphics should be included in the abstract
•It is the responsibility of the author to ensure abstract text does not contain any typos or grammatical errors
•No changes can be made after the abstract deadline has passed

Submitting abstracts 
Abstract submitters must provide a title, list names and affiliations of primary and secondary authors, and indicate the presenting author.
Please note that the submitting author will be registered automatically as the first author.
For the categorization of the abstract: please choose a topic and enter keyword(s).

Format paper presentations
•Maximum 15 minutes oral presentation
•Q&A follows all presentations

Poster format and printing
Postersize: maximum height 135 cm and maximum width 95 cm, portrait orientation.
NOK 2018 is pleased to provide a convenient, high quality poster printing service to all poster authors. This service allows you to create a poster from a free PowerPoint templates or you can upload your complete poster as a PowerPoint or PDF file online. Posters are then printed and shipped directly to the meeting for a small shipping & onsite delivery fee. More information regarding this will be sent in the poster acceptance email.

Congress language
The congress will be held in English. All presentations should therefore be prepared in English.

Notification of acceptance for paper or poster presentation will be 25 April - 1 May 2018. The presenting author must register as a congress delegate and pay the registration fee.
