General information for speakers/presenters
You should bring your presentation on a memory stick and uploaded it in the speakers’ room the day before your presentation. If you are not present the day before, you should upload your presentation no later than two breaks before the start of the session. If your presentation is before lunch on the first day, Wednesday 22 August, you should upload as early as possible Wednesday morning.
You cannot use your own laptop. Please make sure your presentation is suitable for Windows (not Macintosh).
The format for PPT-presentation is 16:9.
No standardized opening slide.
Please present any relevant disclosures.
Videos should be tested prior to your presentation.
Guidelines for uploading of presentations:
Sessions are numbered. See the online program for the correct number for your session and make sure that you save your presentation with session number, start time for your presentation and your last name (eg. M01_0905_lastname). You will find a description of the procedure in the speakers’ room. Technicians will be present to assist you in uploading your presentation.
The speakers’ room is located in room Blue Lounge (Blå salong) close to SAL D.

The congress program is very tight. Please respect the allotted time for presentation to ensure that the session stays on track. Please arrive at the location no later than ten minutes before the session starts to become familiar with the operation of the audio-visual equipment. Technical assistance is available if any issues arise concerning technical equipment.
